1. About us and these terms
These Terms of Service govern your use of the CandyMore Limited website (candymore.co.uk) and any orders or enquiries you make with us.
CandyMore Limited is a company registered in England and Wales (Company Number: 16746113), with its registered address at 5 Hawthorn Coppice, Stourbridge, England, DY9 0PE.
By using our website or submitting an enquiry, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or submit enquiries.
2. Our business model — no online sales
CandyMore Limited does not sell products directly through this website. We do not operate an online shop and no prices are displayed on this website.
All orders are processed offline, following an enquiry or Sweet Menu request. A contract for the supply of products is only formed when we have confirmed your order in writing (by email) and you have accepted the confirmed details.
3. Enquiries and the Sweet Menu request
Submitting a Sweet Menu request or other enquiry through our website does not constitute an order or create any contractual obligation on either party.
We will respond to enquiries as promptly as we can, typically within one business day. We reserve the right to decline any enquiry at our discretion.
Information provided in our Sweet Menu and other communications is for guidance only and does not constitute a binding offer unless confirmed in writing as part of a specific order.
4. Orders and order confirmation
An order is placed when you confirm your requirements to us and we confirm acceptance of your order in writing. At that point, a contract is formed between you and CandyMore Limited for the supply of the confirmed products.
We will confirm the following in writing before any order is binding:
- The products to be supplied
- The quantity
- The agreed price
- The estimated lead time
- Any bespoke or customisation requirements
- Payment terms
5. Pricing
Prices are not displayed on this website. All pricing is confirmed in writing as part of the order confirmation process.
Prices are quoted in pounds sterling (GBP) and are inclusive of any applicable VAT unless stated otherwise.
We reserve the right to change our prices at any time. Price changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed in writing.
6. Lead times
Lead times vary depending on the products ordered, quantities and complexity of any bespoke requirements. We will provide an estimated lead time as part of the order confirmation process.
Estimated lead times are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed. We will notify you as soon as possible if we anticipate a delay.
We recommend ordering well in advance, particularly for seasonal products, large orders and orders with fixed delivery dates (such as weddings or events).
7. Bespoke and customised orders
For bespoke and customised orders, the full specification (including product selection, packaging, branding and any other customisation) must be agreed and confirmed in writing before production begins.
Once production of a bespoke order has begun, cancellation or changes may not be possible, or may be subject to charges to cover materials and labour already committed.
8. Cancellations and changes
If you wish to cancel or change an order, please contact us as soon as possible at [email protected] or by telephone on 01214 690042.
Whether a cancellation or change is possible, and whether any charges apply, depends on the stage of production and the nature of the order. We will always discuss this with you fairly and openly.
For standard (non-bespoke) orders that have not yet entered production, cancellation is generally possible without charge. For bespoke orders or orders where production has begun, charges may apply to cover committed materials and labour.
9. Quality and complaints
We take quality seriously and aim to fulfil every order to the standard agreed. If you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt at [email protected].
We will investigate any complaint promptly and fairly, and aim to resolve it to your satisfaction. Where products are found to be defective or not as described, we will offer a replacement, credit or refund as appropriate.
10. Allergens and dietary requirements
It is your responsibility to communicate any allergen requirements or dietary restrictions clearly before placing an order. We will advise on suitable products and provide allergen information, but we cannot guarantee that any product is completely free from allergens.

11. Intellectual property
All content on this website — including text, images, design and branding — is the property of CandyMore Limited or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute or use any content from this website without our prior written consent.
12. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, CandyMore Limited's liability to you in connection with any order or use of this website is limited to the value of the relevant order.
We are not liable for any indirect, consequential or special losses arising from your use of this website or any order, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law.
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our website will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The current version will always be available on this page. Continued use of our website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
